Easy Homemade Soft Pretzel Bites

Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients for the dough in a bowl or mixer.
- Add warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes until smooth and stretchy.
- Place the dough in a greased bag or bowl and let it rise for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 500°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cut the dough into strips and then into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix very hot water with baking soda and dip each pretzel bite in the solution.
- Place the bites on the baking sheet and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Allow the pretzel bites to rest for about 10 minutes.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush the hot pretzel bites with melted butter before serving.
