Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for the bourbon sugar.
- Combine the sugar, vanilla bean, and bourbon on the baking sheet and mix well.
- Bake the sugar mixture for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, tossing twice, until dry and golden.
- Let the bourbon sugar cool completely before storing.
- Chop the peanut butter cups and freeze them.
- Prepare an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the semisweet chocolate, milk chocolate, condensed milk, and cream over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in bourbon, vanilla, salt, and peanut butter cups gently.
- Spread the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with bourbon sugar.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour until set, then cut into squares.
