Peanut Butter Fudge

Instructions
- Line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Melt the peanut butter and butter in a large bowl, stirring every minute until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla and optional salt.
- Add the sifted confectioners’ sugar and mix until combined.
- Fold in any add-ins if desired.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Cover with foil and chill for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
