Ingredients

The brownie batter

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl using the microwave.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Add the flour and mix until just combined, then fold in the peanut butter chips.
