10 Minute Peanut Butter Fudge

The topping

Instructions
- Crush the Saltine crackers into fine crumbs and place them in a large mixing bowl with the peanut butter.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Remove the mixture from heat and pour it over the crackers and peanut butter. Add vanilla and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Press the dough into a lined 9-inch baking dish and let it cool for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the fudge. Sprinkle with sea salt.
