Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge

Instructions
- Line a standard 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Blend the desiccated coconut in a food processor on high until it forms a creamy butter, about 4 minutes.
- Add the peanut butter and melted coconut oil to the processor and blend again.
- Incorporate the maple syrup one tablespoon at a time until the desired sweetness is achieved.
- Optionally, mix in sea salt and vanilla, adjusting flavors as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Optionally, add crushed peanuts or coconut flakes on top.
- Freeze until firm, about 15 minutes, then slice into squares.
- Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
