Small-batch No-bake Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and secure it.
- Chop 5 Oreos and set aside. Crush the remaining 9 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the Oreo crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream and chopped Oreos.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
- Remove from the dish using the parchment paper, cut into 24 bites, and top with whipped cream if desired.
