Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and mix the flour and baking soda in a bowl.
- Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugars together using an electric mixer.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well before gradually adding the flour mixture.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos to form the dough.
- Chill the dough for at least 1 hour or up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie and roll into a ball, placing on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until edges are slightly browned and centers are soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
