Catalan Tomato Bread

Ingredients

The bread

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until crispy and golden.
  2. Rub the cut side of a garlic clove over the top of a slice of bread.
  3. Rub the cut side of a tomato half over the bread.
  4. Drizzle the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Serve immediately while warm.
