Nutella Cheesecake Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (170°C) and prepare an 8" × 8" baking dish with butter and parchment paper.
- Pulse the Oreo crumbs in a food processor, mix with melted butter, and press into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for 12 minutes and let cool.
- Clean the food processor and blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, ¼ cup of heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside ⅔ of the mixture.
- Add Nutella and 1 tablespoon of heavy cream to the remaining mixture and blend until smooth.
- Spread the plain cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust, then pour the Nutella mixture on top and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 35 minutes until the center jiggles slightly. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper, cut into 16 squares, and serve.
