Nutella Cheesecake Mousse

Instructions
- Prepare the crust by blending crushed Oreos with melted butter and pressing the mixture into dessert cups.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the mousse.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add sugar and cocoa powder and whip to stiff peaks.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then mix in Nutella and vanilla.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Pipe the mousse over the chilled crust in each cup and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- For the topping, whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form and pipe over the mousse.
- Garnish with hazelnuts and chocolate shavings if desired before serving.
