Ingredients

The crust

  • 12 pieces Oreos, finely crushed
  • 1 ½ Tbsp salted butter, melted

The filling

  • 6 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 12 oz cream cheese, well softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk (preferably whole or 2%)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Nutella

The topping

  • 1 recipe sweetened whipped cream
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts, chopped, toasted
  • to taste chopped chocolate or real chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend crushed Oreos and melted butter, then divide into 12 muffin cups and press into an even layer.
  3. Bake the crust for 5 minutes and let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sugar and flour, then add cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  5. Blend in eggs, then add milk, sour cream, vanilla, and Nutella, mixing until combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the crusts in the muffin cups, filling each nearly full.
  7. Bake for 20-24 minutes until the centers jiggle slightly.
  8. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  9. Serve with whipped cream, hazelnuts, and chocolate sprinkles.
