Nutella Cheesecake

Ingredients

The crust

  • 10 oz. graham crackers
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella
  • ¾ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts

The filling

  • 13 oz. Nutella
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar

Instructions

  1. Break the graham crackers into a food processor, add the butter and 1 tablespoon of Nutella, and blend until clumpy.
  2. Add 25g of hazelnuts and pulse until you have a damp mixture.
  3. Press the mixture into the base of a 9-inch springform pan and chill in the fridge.
  4. Beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth, then mix in the remaining Nutella.
  5. Spread the Nutella mixture over the chilled crust and top with the remaining hazelnuts.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
