The crust

The filling

confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
- Break the graham crackers into a food processor, add the butter and 1 tablespoon of Nutella, and blend until clumpy.
- Add 25g of hazelnuts and pulse until you have a damp mixture.
- Press the mixture into the base of a 9-inch springform pan and chill in the fridge.
- Beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth, then mix in the remaining Nutella.
- Spread the Nutella mixture over the chilled crust and top with the remaining hazelnuts.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
