Nutella Cheesecake Mousse

The mousse

Instructions
- Pulse the graham crackers and hazelnuts in a food processor until fine.
- Add melted butter and pulse until evenly coated.
- Divide the mixture among four dessert containers and refrigerate.
- Whip the heavy cream until thick and set aside.
- Mix cream cheese and Nutella in a bowl until well combined.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
- Fill the dessert containers with the mousse and refrigerate for at least four hours.
- Toast extra hazelnuts until golden and set aside to cool.
- Melt red chocolates in the microwave and pipe hearts onto wax paper.
- Once set, remove the mousse from the fridge and top with whipped cream, toasted hazelnuts, and chocolate hearts.
