Nutella Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients

The crust

  • 4 sheets graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

The mousse

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2-3 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup Nutella
  • as needed none red melting chocolates

Instructions

  1. Pulse the graham crackers and hazelnuts in a food processor until fine.
  2. Add melted butter and pulse until evenly coated.
  3. Divide the mixture among four dessert containers and refrigerate.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until thick and set aside.
  5. Mix cream cheese and Nutella in a bowl until well combined.
  6. Fold half of the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
  7. Fill the dessert containers with the mousse and refrigerate for at least four hours.
  8. Toast extra hazelnuts until golden and set aside to cool.
  9. Melt red chocolates in the microwave and pipe hearts onto wax paper.
  10. Once set, remove the mousse from the fridge and top with whipped cream, toasted hazelnuts, and chocolate hearts.
