Healthy Chocolate Fudge

coconut milk (thick white part from top of can)

vanilla extract

flaked salt (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt all ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring often.
- Once melted (about 5 minutes), turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x5 loaf pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with flaked salt, cut into pieces, and store in the fridge.
