Ingredients

  • ½ cup cashews
  • 2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup peanut or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Blend cashews and salt in a high-speed blender until they form a dense butter.
  2. Add peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla, then blend until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a wax paper-lined loaf pan.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
