Instructions
- Blend cashews and salt in a high-speed blender until they form a dense butter.
- Add peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla, then blend until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a wax paper-lined loaf pan.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into squares and serve.
