Easy Salted Oat Fudge

Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling on top
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare an 8 to 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Toast the nuts on a baking sheet for 7 to 10 minutes until fragrant, then chop them if necessary.
- In a medium pot, combine the nut butter, chocolate chips, sweetener, butter, salt, and cinnamon over medium heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, followed by the oat flour and chopped pecans.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly using a glass or jar.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top if desired and press it in gently.
- Freeze for 30 to 45 minutes until firm, or refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- Slice into squares and store at room temperature or in the freezer.
