Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Scrape the sides of the food processor as needed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to reduce stickiness.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the parchment paper.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
