Spicy Chocolate Cherry Snack Bites

Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted

Instructions
- Soak the pitted Medjool dates in hot water for 3-5 minutes and then drain.
- While the dates are soaking, process the almonds in a food processor for 10-15 seconds until broken into small pieces.
- Add the drained Medjool dates, cacao powder, and cayenne pepper to the food processor and blend for 30-45 seconds until well incorporated.
- If the mixture sticks, add 1-2 teaspoons of water and process again.
- Add the dried cherries and process for an additional 20 seconds.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on parchment paper.
- Store the snack bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
