One Pan Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Broccoli

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a rimmed baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the center of the baking sheet and place the broccoli around them.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the broccoli and sprinkle everything with salt and garlic powder.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Top each chicken breast with the garlic-Parmesan mixture and broil for 3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the broccoli is browned.
- Remove from the oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
