One-Pan Parmesan Caesar Chicken

Ingredients

The chicken and sauce

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy caesar dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

The vegetables

  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets

The cheese

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Coat a square baking dish with cooking spray and place the chicken in the middle.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing and sour cream until blended, then add the broccoli florets.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and broil for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove, allow to cool slightly, and enjoy.
