One-Pan Parmesan Caesar Chicken

The chicken and sauce

creamy caesar dressing

sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
The vegetables

frozen broccoli florets
The cheese

grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Coat a square baking dish with cooking spray and place the chicken in the middle.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing and sour cream until blended, then add the broccoli florets.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and top with grated parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven and broil for 5 minutes.
- Remove, allow to cool slightly, and enjoy.
