Instructions
- Prepare the lasagna noodles by mixing lupin flour and egg yolks, then melting mozzarella and kneading it into a dough.
- Roll the dough into thin rectangles and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with salt and pepper, then stir in marinara sauce and seasonings, simmering until thickened.
- Mix the ricotta, parmesan, and egg to create the cheese filling.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Assemble the lasagna in a casserole dish by layering meat sauce, noodles, cheese filling, and mozzarella, repeating the layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese.
