Keto No Noodle Lasagna

Ingredients

The meat and cheese

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 ½ cups Whole milk ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese (sliced)

The sauce

  • 2 ½ cups Marinara sauce

Seasoning

  • tsp Sea salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the beef, and cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  4. Transfer the beef to a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  5. Spread ricotta over the beef, then add parmesan, marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
