Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the beef, and cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- Spread ricotta over the beef, then add parmesan, marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
