Instructions
- Sprinkle grated zucchini with salt and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the zucchini thoroughly and squeeze out excess liquid.
- Mix the zucchini with dried dill and chives in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Butter a pie plate and layer a quarter of the cheese, followed by a third of the zucchini mixture. Repeat the layers.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40-50 minutes until browned and slightly soft in the middle.
- Let cool before serving.
