Ingredients

  • 2 pouches wild-caught tuna in olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash together the tuna and avocado until well combined.
  2. Add in the chopped hard-boiled eggs, dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir everything together until fully combined.
