Ingredients

The salad

  • 3 cans tuna, water packed, drained
  • 1 cup English cucumber, quartered and sliced
  • 1 each avocado, seeded, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

The dressing

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the tuna, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and gently toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
