The dressing

Instructions
- Combine the tuna, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and gently toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
