Avocado Tuna Salad

Instructions
- Combine drained tuna, diced avocado, spicy brown mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl and mash together.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over spinach, in romaine leaves, or on whole-grain bread.
