The Salad

Instructions
- Mix all tuna salad ingredients in a small bowl and season to taste.
- Combine all mustard dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Layer the lettuce in a bowl or plate, then top with tuna salad, strawberries, avocado, and smoked almonds.
- Drizzle with mustard dressing and season with salt and pepper, garnishing with fresh mint leaves.
