Ingredients

The tuna salad

  • 1 5 oz. can white albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil mayo
  • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
  • 1 small dill pickle, finely diced
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon smoked paprika
  • teaspoon black pepper

The avocado

  • 1 avocado

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, mayo, mustard, red onion, pickle, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Break up the tuna slightly with a fork while mixing.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture into each avocado half and serve.
