Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 medium Avocados
  • 4 5-oz cans Tuna (drained)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Celery (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Red onion (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeños (optional; minced)

The dressing

  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado and mix with lime juice and sea salt.
  2. Add the tuna, cilantro, red onion, celery, and jalapeños, and stir gently to combine.
  3. Adjust salt and jalapeños to taste and serve immediately.
