Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 cans tuna in water, strained
  • ½ small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 large celery stalk, finely diced

The dressing

  • cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • pinch paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the tuna, red onion, and celery in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Top the salad with paprika and fresh dill.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately on a sandwich or salad.
