Ingredients

The salad

  • 4 cups dried pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
  • 3 cans tuna, drained (4oz each)

The dressing

  • cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, adding peas in the last 4 minutes of cooking.
  2. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water, then set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrots, celery, tomatoes, and tuna.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the pasta to the veggie and tuna mixture, then pour the dressing over the top.
  6. Stir until everything is well combined and coated.
  7. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
