Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cans (5-ounce) chunk tuna
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 large stalk celery
  • ¼ cup finely minced red onion
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, adding frozen peas in the last 60 seconds.
  2. Drain the pasta and peas, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
  3. In a large bowl, combine celery, onion, lemon juice, dill, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  4. Add the drained tuna, cooked pasta, and peas to the bowl and gently stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
