Quick Healthy Tuna Salad

Instructions
- Drain the tuna and place it in a large mixing bowl, flaking it with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Mash everything together with a fork and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve the salad between slices of toasted bread with lettuce.
