Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a muffin tin with 8 muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, and baking powder.
- Add the peanut butter and unsweetened applesauce, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter among the muffin liners and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
- If the tops brown too quickly, cover with tinfoil around the 8-minute mark.
- Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
