Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a muffin pan with parchment or silicone liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, collagen, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Stir in the melted coconut oil and almond milk, then whisk in the eggs and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling them almost full. Optionally, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the tops are slightly darker and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
