Ingredients

The wings

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

The sauce

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Ninja Foodi Grill to Grill High and set the time to 16 minutes.
  2. Combine baking powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Season the chicken wings and place them in a single layer on the grill.
  4. Cook the wings for 14 to 18 minutes, adjusting for size.
  5. While the wings cook, melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the buffalo sauce and minced garlic, simmering for about 5 minutes.
  6. Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl.
  7. Preheat the Ninja Foodi Grill to Grill Medium.
  8. Toss the wings with the sauce and cook for about 5 more minutes, turning once, until browned and caramelized.
