Instructions
- Drain and rinse the jackfruit, then shred it and discard any hard pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.
- Mix in the spices and add the shredded jackfruit, stirring to coat.
- Add barbecue sauce, sriracha, water, and lime juice, then simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then serve in taco shells with toppings.
