Instructions
- Combine the spices for the masala spice mix in a small bowl.
- Finely dice the onion, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger.
- Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger in olive oil over medium heat until the onions are soft.
- Add the spice mix and sauté for an additional minute.
- Add the frozen cauliflower florets and sauté until thawed and coated in spices.
- Stir in the drained chickpeas, tomato sauce, and water, then simmer for about 15 minutes.
- After simmering, stir in the heavy cream and adjust salt to taste.
- Serve over rice or with bread for dipping.
