Ingredients

Lime Crema

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 unit lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp salt

Spiced Chickpeas

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • ½ Tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • to taste unit freshly cracked black pepper

For Serving

  • 6 unit tostadas
  • 8 oz guacamole
  • 3 unit radishes
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lime crema by mixing sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then heat oil in a skillet and add the chickpeas with the spices. Cook for about five minutes until they pop.
  3. Thinly slice the radishes and pull the cilantro leaves from their stems.
  4. Assemble the tostadas by spreading guacamole on each shell, topping with chickpeas, radish slices, lime crema, and cilantro.
