Instructions
- Prepare the lime crema by mixing sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt in a bowl.
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then heat oil in a skillet and add the chickpeas with the spices. Cook for about five minutes until they pop.
- Thinly slice the radishes and pull the cilantro leaves from their stems.
- Assemble the tostadas by spreading guacamole on each shell, topping with chickpeas, radish slices, lime crema, and cilantro.
