Instructions
- Preheat the broiler and set a rack four inches from the heat source.
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, capers, parsley, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper, then spread the mayonnaise mixture on top.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- Carefully add the fillets to the skillet and transfer it to the broiler.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- Remove the fillets from the oven and let them rest for 1 minute before serving with lemon wedges.
