Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Whisk together olive oil, dill, parsley, chives, paprika, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them in a baking dish.
- Brush the fish on both sides with the olive oil mixture and season with sea salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 8-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (125°F for medium rare, 130°F for medium, or 140°F for well done).
