Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until clumpy.
- Add oats to the mixture and combine well.
- Butter an 8×8 baking pan and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- Transfer the peach mixture to the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the peaches without packing it down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
