The Chicken Wraps

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

canola oil or grapeseed oil

broccoli slaw

shelled edamame

cup
shredded carrots

finely chopped green onions

cup
dry roasted salted peanuts

chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sauté in half the oil until fully cooked.
- Toss cooked chicken with ¼ cup of the peanut sauce and reserve the rest for serving.
- Sauté broccoli slaw, edamame, carrots, and half the green onions until crisp-tender.
- Spread reserved sauce on each tortilla, then top with chicken, veggies, peanuts, and cilantro.
- Wrap tightly and enjoy.
