For the Lettuce Wraps

cut into 1” long matchsticks

Instructions
- Make the Spicy Peanut Sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in ground cloves and sea salt.
- Assemble the lettuce wraps by placing ¼ cup of chicken mixture in a lettuce cup, adding cucumbers, carrots, and red pepper slices.
- Top with 1 tablespoon of Spicy Peanut Sauce and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
