Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the chicken breasts for about 20 minutes until done, then shred and chill.
- Prepare the cabbage by cutting off the bottom stem and washing the leaves.
- Chop the other vegetables.
- Blend the peanut sauce ingredients until smooth and adjust to taste.
- Assemble the wraps by filling cabbage leaves with chicken, vegetables, and peanut sauce.
