Ingredients

The wraps

  • 12 leaves Bibb or Romaine lettuce
  • 4 leaves Napa cabbage
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup raw broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots
  • ΒΌ cup scallions

The sauce

  • 1 serving Tangy Peanut Sauce

Instructions

  1. Spread out the lettuce leaves.
  2. Place a tablespoon of Napa cabbage in each leaf.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon each of chicken, broccoli, carrots, and scallions to each leaf.
  4. Drizzle with Tangy Peanut Sauce.
  5. Serve.
