Ingredients

Base

  • cups graham crackers or digestive biscuit
  • 2 tablespoons dessicated coconut
  • 100 g butter, melted

Cheese filling

  • 750 g cream cheese
  • ¾ cup fine sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • cups whipping cream
  • ¼ cup cornstarch

Flavor A (Dark Chocolate)

  • 100 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sieved

Flavor B (White Chocolate)

  • 100 g white chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Flavor C (Coffee)

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 tablespoon Kahlua liquor

Decoration (Optional)

  • to taste strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine the base ingredients and press them into the pan, then refrigerate.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, then eggs one at a time, followed by whipping cream and cornstarch.
  4. Divide the batter into three equal portions.
  5. Mix melted dark chocolate and cocoa powder into one portion, pour into the pan, and bake for 30 minutes using a water bath.
  6. Mix melted white chocolate and vanilla extract into the second portion, pour into the pan, and bake for another 30 minutes.
  7. Combine instant coffee, hot water, and Kahlua into the third portion, pour into the pan, and bake for the final 30 minutes.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit inside for 30 minutes before removing.
  9. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
