Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with aluminum foil.
- Combine the base ingredients and press them into the pan, then refrigerate.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, then eggs one at a time, followed by whipping cream and cornstarch.
- Divide the batter into three equal portions.
- Mix melted dark chocolate and cocoa powder into one portion, pour into the pan, and bake for 30 minutes using a water bath.
- Mix melted white chocolate and vanilla extract into the second portion, pour into the pan, and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Combine instant coffee, hot water, and Kahlua into the third portion, pour into the pan, and bake for the final 30 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit inside for 30 minutes before removing.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
