Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • cup rolled oats
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 ¼ cups filtered water

Optional Flavored Additions

  • 2 cups coffee or decaf
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Nutella
  • cup strawberry jam
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 mejooled dates dates
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. Blend the cashews with coconut flakes, oats, salt, and filtered water until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a milk bag or cheesecloth into a bowl.
  5. Pour the oat milk into glasses and enjoy.
