Instructions
- Soak the cashews in very hot water for 30 minutes or in cool water for 6 hours to overnight.
- Drain and rinse the cashews, then add them to a high-speed blender with the coconut flakes, rolled oats, date, salt, and filtered water.
- Blend on high for 60 seconds, covering the blender to prevent spillage.
- Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or a thin dish towel over a large bowl, squeezing until mostly pulp is left.
- The milk is now ready to enjoy or can be refrigerated for up to 4-5 days.
